That single moment in time that we are captured in a photograph will one day share our story. Whether it’s a professional portrait or a selfie, we can all learn simple techniques to better capture our moments within our environment.
This workshop is designed to inspire creativity and push your portrait photography to the next level. You will learn to capture more creative and candid portraits by using both natural light and small flashes. We will also explore the fundamentals of lighting, posing and composition as part of your toolkit.
We encourage you to bring props to this workshop that you personally identify with; maybe it’s a guitar, artwork, or clothes. You’ll learn how to use these props within your environment to create striking portraits that identify you as a unique individual.
